Life in association. This training was organized with the purpose to
- Understand the fundamental principles of an association and the role it plays in society.
- Learn about the legal framework and regulations governing associations and their activities.
- Explore the different types of associations and their respective missions, objectives, and stakeholders
- Identify the key challenges and opportunities associated with running an association, such as governance, membership, fundraising, and impact measurement.
- Develop strategies for building and maintaining an effective and sustainable association, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
- Build skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork that are essential for managing an association.
- Promote values and practices that foster accountability, transparency, and inclusivity in the association's operations and decision-making.
- Encourage innovation and creativity in addressing social and environmental issues through the association's programs and projects.
