We aim to influence and enhance governance structures and promote gender equality through research, advocacy, and community engagement. Our initiatives include gender mainstreaming in governance, leadership training for women, and research on the barriers to gender equality. Ultimatily, our goal is to achieve equitable governance and empower women and minority groups.
